You are Gravity Boy.

Use 'Q' and 'E' to increase and decrease the size of your orbit.

Increase your orbit to pull in more projectiles

Reduce your orbit to speed up the projectiles which fire away from you once they reach the exit speed.

Use WASD to control Gravity Boy and dodge the enemies coming towards you.
